GZSCSE holds the responsibility to serve those overseas education pursuers funded by government in four provinces, Southern China. Series of overseas education services are provided for thousands of government and public institution funded staffs.

For many years, GZSCSE has been keeping ahead of the country in constructing the returning overseas Chinese student service system, creating the ‘Overseas Students One-stop’ branding services. Its effective services have helped over ten thousand overseas students with certification for education and qualifications, home settlement funds and program starting application and giving， residence settlement, employment recommendation, carving out service,  training, kids’ schooling and so on.
